Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Astrotell website ("Service"), operated by Astrotell ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Disclaimer (Entertainment Purpose Only)

The Astrotell service, including all horoscopes, readings, AI interpretations, birth charts, reports generated using the Prokerala API, and advice provided by our OpenAI Chatbot, is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Astrotell is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, psychological, etc.). You are solely responsible for all decisions you make based on the information provided by the Service.

3. User Accounts and Data

• Account Creation: To access full services, you must register a secure account, providing personal information such as Name, Email, Phone Number, Birth Date, Birth Time, and Birth Location.
• Data Accuracy: You warrant that all birth data provided is accurate. Inaccurate data will result in inaccurate reports and predictions.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and the security of your login credentials (including Mini Orange OTP and Astro OAuth).

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Billing: All subscription fees (Monthly, Annual, Group, Family) are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Astrotell, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (i) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• (ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.
